About This Role
- Lead functional activities across full SAP FICO implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.
- Manage configuration, development, and maintenance of SAP FICO and related finance processes such as General Ledger, Costing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Cash Application.
- Drive business process improvements, data analysis, conversion, testing, and training, ensuring alignment with project management and stakeholder engagement across global contexts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years SAP implementation experience including 5-7 years leading ERP implementation projects in multinational environments with at least 2 full life cycles.
- 3-5 years hands-on SAP FICO configuration and strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes.
- Role requires Bangalore location with 4 days onsite work and up to 25% global travel.
