About This Role
- Lead and own complex engineering initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to production and continuous improvement, across multiple teams and products.
- Design, prototype, and deliver scalable backend and AI-native solutions using Core Java, Azure Cloud, RESTful services, microservices, and modern AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.
- Drive technical strategy, architectural decisions, engineering standards, and cross-team mentoring while aligning technology solutions with customer and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable applications or distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with iOS end-to-end application development and backend technologies including RESTful services, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum 4 years relevant software engineering experience, or 6 years experience without degree.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant software engineering roles.
