About This Role
- Own end-to-end project management including planning, resource allocation, change control, risk and communication management for projects in business and Citibank/Regional development and change management.
- Act as subject matter expert and main liaison between department and business areas for implementing activities, ensuring accurate client communication and operational impact mitigation.
- Conduct process, policy, and procedure reviews to identify gaps, recommend updates, and contribute to business compliance and risk management within the project domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience with strong business knowledge and call center industry understanding.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of Risk, project management skills, and strong business analysis and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of call center technologies, systems, and HR policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing moderately complex projects with measurable impact across multiple geographies or large scope.
- Able to independently exercise judgment and operate with limited supervision, providing SME advice to senior stakeholders.
- Background in call center customer service management and risk management aligned with project delivery and process compliance.
