About This Role
- Lead and own the development, strategy, and delivery of DeepIntent's AI-powered mobile apps on iOS and Android, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure user experiences.
- Partner with Product and Engineering managers to define and deliver AI product benchmarking capabilities, including test harnesses, data pipelines, and dashboards tracking quality and performance.
- Drive engineering execution, quality standards, release management, and stakeholder communications to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7+ years of engineering management experience leading cross-functional teams delivering customer-facing products.
- Proven experience shipping and scaling native or cross-platform mobile apps (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter).
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, API design, app store release management, and client-server communication.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering managers to align roadmaps and metrics, plus familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.

- Experienced in managing teams building complex mobile applications with AI or agentic product features, particularly in healthcare or privacy-conscious domains.
- Proactive in establishing engineering excellence in delivery, quality, security, and privacy standards within regulated or sensitive data environments.
- Skilled at cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication to drive product and engineering alignment and successful execution.
