About This Role
- Define and manage the product roadmap for scalable, modular IT infrastructure platforms.
- Translate business/user needs into feature and technical requirements, coordinating with architects and developers for feasibility and design.
- Oversee multi-vendor delivery, ensure regulatory/security compliance, track KPIs, and adjust product strategy accordingly.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years combined software development and product management experience; 3+ years leading product management of large-scale tech platforms.
- B.Tech./M.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related field; MBA/management is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms, API-first design, microservices, and tools like Keycloak, AWS API Gateway, OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Agile processes (Jira, Confluence) and product lifecycle; certifications like CSPO, PMP, Agile PM preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing IT infrastructure or e-governance digital platforms with domain knowledge in skilling, edtech, or job marketplaces.
- Data-driven product manager comfortable using telemetry, Power BI, and conducting user research to evolve products.
- Effective in coordinating cross-functional teams including security/compliance and multiple vendors in an enterprise agile environment.
