About This Role
- Lead global Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations including eSourcing, contract management, supplier enablement, catalog management, and procurement support services.
- Drive operational excellence through SLA and quality metrics management, continuous improvement, and process standardization using automation and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless, scalable procurement operations with performance governance and strategic decision support.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations, preferably in a global organization.
- Proven people leadership experience managing teams in shared services or global delivery environments, including multi-region operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and expertise in operational excellence, process transformation, digital procurement platforms, and global delivery models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a track record managing large, multi-region global procurement operations and driving end-to-end S2C processes.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance with strong influencing skills to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Proven ability to implement process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and service delivery.
