About This Role
- Manage and update the Firm’s independence systems including entity management system and conflict of interest tools.
- Support independence search procedures and provide procedural assistance to engagement teams on independence and conflict check requirements.
- Research, summarize findings, deliver reports to engagement teams, and identify process improvement opportunities within risk management operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) or other business degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support or customer service roles.
- Experience working with teams internationally is mandatory.
- Preferred: 1+ year experience with enterprise workflow or data management systems.

- Strong operational focus on managing and maintaining data integrity in risk management systems.
- Experience handling complex stakeholder communication and facilitating discussions involving technical details.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor workload, manage priorities, adapt to process changes, and suggest process improvements.
