About This Role
- Own end-to-end procurement of goods and services for the entire organization, ensuring alignment with program plans across India.
- Develop and implement procurement strategy and policies, including updating procurement guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a procurement team of 10+ members, manage supplier database, negotiate contracts, and oversee tender processes and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant procurement experience with track record of managing procurement worth 50+ Crore INR.
- Experience managing and mentoring procurement teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge in quality evaluation of solar, electrical, health equipment, and agri-processing products.
- Language proficiency in English and Hindi mandatory; Kannada preferred.
