About This Role
- Lead development and maintenance of Vue.js/Capacitor mobile applications for iOS and Android, including building features and ensuring app stability.
- Own mobile release processes such as App Store and Google Play submissions and monitor application health with tools like Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams to improve workflows and code quality, including AI-assisted development tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Vue.js/React Native and native iOS (Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin) app development.
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, especially Claude, CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions), and remote working communication skills.

- Experienced hands-on leader comfortable owning end-to-end mobile development in a complex tech stack including hybrid and native platforms.
- Skilled in modern JavaScript frameworks and mobile ecosystems with proven delivery of stable, performant apps in production.
- Able to operate effectively in fully remote, cross-functional teams and leverage AI development tools for productivity and quality improvements.
