About This Role
- Own and execute end-to-end deployment automation and pipeline optimization for manufacturing applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Ensure production stability and business continuity during software releases in Quality and Production environments without impacting manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate globally distributed teams and apply DevOps/GitOps best practices to improve deployment processes and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience as DevOps or in deployment and operation within Kubernetes (K8S) environments for medium to large scale enterprise platforms and applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA.
- Experience with SDLC including development, packaging, release, and deployment for containerized and non-containerized applications.
- Proficiency in one programming language among Python, Java, or Go.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in complex enterprise system environments involving distributed systems, databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Oracle, PostgreSQL), and ERP systems.
- Comfortable applying and improving DevOps and GitOps CI/CD best practices, including K8S deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and A/B testing.
- Skilled at collaborating with global teams and producing clear documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
