About This Role
- Develop and maintain standalone web applications, internal tools, and workflow automations end to end, including design, integration, deployment, and support.
- Integrate diverse systems through API design and consumption, ensuring inter-system communication.
- Deploy and monitor applications on Azure platform, manage CI/CD pipelines, and maintain application observability post-launch.
Minimum Requirements
- Primary programming experience in Python for real application development (not just scripting).
- 2–4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with Git and command line including branching and code reviews.
- Experience with API design and integration, full-stack application development (frontend, backend, database), deployment and live monitoring of applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in application lifecycle ownership from development to production and maintenance, emphasizing operational continuity.
- Comfortable using AI agent coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex as part of daily workflow.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and container technologies like Docker is a strong plus.
