About This Role
- Own System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end validation for telecom BSS/OSS changes including Fixed Line, Home Broadband, customer care, order management, and provisioning journeys.
- Manage defect lifecycle using Microsoft Azure DevOps, coordinate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test data, schedules, execution metrics, and quality reporting aligned with SDLC and STLC governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing across full SDLC with hands-on System Integration Testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience in telecom domain especially Fixed Line, Home Broadband, or customer care including order management and provisioning processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management.
- Preferred but not mandatory: ISTQB or ISEB certification; Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced in complex, large-scale enterprise telecom testing and release environments involving global matrix teams.
- Strong domain knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS or customer care workflows enabling accurate validation of business and system integration requirements.
- Capable of managing cross-functional stakeholder communication and evidence-based quality decision-making in modern testing governance frameworks.
