About This Role
- Own architectural design and evolution of scalable, secure software development tools supporting healthcare product teams.
- Drive roadmap, operational health, and performance optimization of enterprise software engineering platforms like GitLab, Coverity, and JFrog Artifactory.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to ensure tools enable delivery of new products and commercial software with high availability, security, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or software tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectural patterns (microservices, serverless, containers).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare or regulated industries with knowledge of secure SDLC and software supply chain security.
- Proven capability in leading platform modernization or enterprise tool migration initiatives.
- Skilled in leveraging AI/Generative AI technologies within software development workflows.
