About This Role
- Administer and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) including course creation, enrollment, session setup, and coordination with instructors.
- Manage and generate accurate training reports such as participation logs, training status, completion reports, and maintain audit trails within LMS.
- Handle communication related to training programs by responding to employee queries, managing nominations, reminders, feedback, and escalating issues to support or process owners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science).
- 1-3 years of experience in learning management and coordination roles.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level).
- Work Location: Office-based in India; Remote type: Office; Work Shift: Any (India).

- Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments with responsibilities spanning data management, reporting, and communications.
