About This Role
- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SAP S/4HANA solutions focused on Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) and Materials Management (MM) to support complex commodity purchasing and pricing processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, ABAP developers, integration teams, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and support production readiness including testing and hypercare.
- Manage SAP CPE formulas, pricing procedures, market data feeds, master data, conduct Fit-Gap analysis, and prepare functional specs for custom developments following Agile and CI/CD practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in software development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA including SAP CPE and SAP MM procurement/pricing configuration.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Candidate must be currently based in Chennai, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad with ability to work onsite in Chennai 4 days per week; immediate joiner or notice period up to 15 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP consultant with deep technical and configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA CPE and MM modules related to commodity pricing and procurement processes.
- Practitioner familiar with end-to-end SAP solution delivery including requirement analysis, Fit-Gap, functional specs, collaboration with ABAP/integration teams, and testing methodologies.
- Capable of working in a hybrid Agile environment coordinating multiple stakeholders and translating complex SAP/compliance requirements into executable solutions.
