About This Role
- Own and maintain integrations between HR and ERP systems such as ADP and Oracle (on-premise and Cloud).
- Develop, test, and support applications and features related to IT Time and Attendance and WWT's timekeeping tool.
- Participate actively in Agile processes including sprint planning, testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in software development or related field.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies: Vue3, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
- Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, Confluent Kafka, event-based programming.
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, test automation, and working in Agile environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex integrations between HR/ERP systems, especially ADP and Oracle platforms.
- Experience writing high-quality, maintainable code with strong testing discipline and code review participation.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with both onsite and offshore members under evolving Agile requirements.
