About This Role
- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP Next and Frappe framework modules focusing on business processes like HR, recruitment, project management, accounts, asset management, and resource allocation for AEC industry clients.
- Automate workflows and develop integrations, reports, dashboards, and custom applications to support BIM and AEC project operations and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Project Management, BIM teams) to gather requirements, troubleshoot systems, and support deployments and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience specifically in ERP development, customization, or implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Next and Frappe Framework.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL/MariaDB including knowledge of Doctypes, client/server scripts, workflows, and ERP security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in or servicing the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with familiarity of BIM project workflows and resource allocation.
- Technical proficiency specifically in ERP Next implementation, customization, and integration with external applications/APIs.
- Ability to analyze AEC business processes and translate them into effective ERP workflows and automation.
