About This Role
- Own the design, implementation, and support of endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, and related Microsoft cloud services.
- Manage the full lifecycle of endpoint management including automation, security compliance, incident resolution, and migrations from legacy to cloud-native platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement in endpoint management and engineering processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience in endpoint engineering or support within MSP, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 configuration and deployment, and advanced PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Defender, and ITIL principles.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Intune SME capable of independently handling complex endpoint lifecycle management and security.
- Able to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders including infrastructure teams, vendors, and management on high-priority projects.
- Familiar with modern endpoint technologies, cloud-native solutions, and continuous service improvement in regulated or financial services environments.
