About This Role
- Design, build, and deliver scalable full stack enterprise applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Develop high-performance components with expertise in MongoDB data modeling, aggregation, and query optimization.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features such as regulatory change tracking and insight surfaces, owning medium complexity features end to end.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-12 years of work experience in full stack development.
- Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript with Node.js 18+, React 18, and MongoDB including schema design and performance tuning.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD or equivalent, automated testing, security scanning, and AI coding assistants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with large codebases and distributed teams under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software design, SDLC, architecture, and design patterns with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs.
- Skilled in applying AI tools effectively in development, including prompt engineering and critical evaluation of AI-generated code.
