About This Role
- Create, maintain, and execute automated and manual test plans to verify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop test strategies, test automation code/scripts, and infrastructure to ensure product quality across development lifecycle.
- Conduct performance and resilience testing, monitor product quality using tools like JIRA, and recommend enhancements for QA strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of software testing experience involving automation and test frameworks.
- Familiarity with software testing tools (Cucumber, Selenium), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Cloud certification is strongly preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in test automation development and execution, with knowledge of advanced QA concepts including testability and bug prevention.
- Able to operate with limited supervision, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into effective test cases.
- Strong understanding of performance, resilience testing, and integration of automation into CI environments, with ability to analyze metrics to measure product quality.
