About This Role
- Lead strategic analysis and product definition for a unified, modular, cloud-native payments platform covering multiple payment clearings such as RTP, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, Fedwire.
- Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle including stakeholder engagement, delivery, validation, and compliance alignment across payment services.
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement through collaboration with cross-functional teams, workshops, data analysis, and mentoring junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in product or business analysis within payments or financial services industry.
- Expertise in payment flows, exception handling, and clearing systems (RTP, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, Fedwire).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-native platforms (e.g., OpenShift, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, GitHub; regulatory and compliance alignment required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling strategic product ownership in complex, multi-payment channel environments with cross-regional/global stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working with technical teams on cloud-native architectures and agile delivery processes.
- Ability to lead workshops, mentor juniors, and coordinate UAT demonstrating strong operational leadership in payments domain.
