About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Warehouse Management & Manufacturing solutions to maximize business value and align with product strategy.
- Translate product vision into clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for agile development teams.
- Engage with stakeholders and agile teams daily to ensure product requirements are understood, completed work is accepted, and communication is maintained.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive product development experience; minimum 5-7 years as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
- Deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and understanding of warehouse operations and manufacturing industry processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related technical field; Master's or MBA plus is desirable.
- Proven hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and strong communication skills.
