About This Role
- Increase revenue and maximize process efficiency and cost-effectiveness through strategic planning, contract compliance, and governance within an account.
- Ensure delivery governance by monitoring performance metrics, leading escalations, forecasting account metrics, and ensuring timely invoicing per contract terms.
- Manage resource allocation and retention by conducting effective resource planning, optimizing manpower, and leading engagement activities to improve team retention.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory skill: Invoice to Pay (Transactional Accounting).
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years.

- Experienced in strategic planning and contract compliance to meet SLA parameters and avoid non-compliances.
- Proven ability to monitor and manage delivery performance metrics, escalations, and financial forecasting within accounts.
- Strong operational focus on resource optimization, cost control, and people management within complex delivery environments.
