About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement conversational AI flows using platforms like Cognigy, Yellow.ai, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, etc.
- Develop and maintain application logic and integrations using Node.js or Python, including API integrations and code optimization.
- Analyze conversational application performance data to recommend improvements and optimize chatbot functionality across releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Node.js or Python with API integration and complex application logic experience.
- Hands-on experience and certification in one or more conversational AI platforms (e.g., Cognigy, Yellow.ai, Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Microsoft LUIS, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson).
- Willingness to work 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST shift.
