About This Role
- Lead and contribute to the end-to-end portfolio management of learning programs including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial aspects such as monthly/quarterly budget forecasts and perform cost-benefit and business impact analyses for learning solutions.
- Design and ensure integrity of global and regional curricula roadmaps and provide leadership to multiple project teams to meet financial, operational, and metric goals.
Minimum Requirements
- First level university degree required; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years in training development or equivalent roles.
- 4-6 years experience in managing large projects.
- Hybrid work model with 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

- Experienced in managing complex learning portfolios with global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management, business planning, and financial acumen for program execution and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and drive operational and financial goals in a corporate learning environment.
