About This Role
- Develop and deploy LLM-based agents for engineering workflows including test selection, failure triage, root-cause analysis, defect categorisation, and release readiness.
- Work within software validation and DevOps contexts focusing on automation and productivity improvements.
- Contribute to design and evaluation of AI solutions using techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Git; experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph and FastAPI.
- Familiar with ML fundamentals such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn and model training/evaluation.
- Experience in software validation, QA automation, DevOps, SRE or developer productivity roles is mandatory.
- English language proficiency at B2 Upper Intermediate level; based in Hyderabad, India; Junior level role (entry level with demonstrated LLM agent deployment).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career AI/ML engineer who has actively shipped LLM-based agent solutions or related AI applications.
- Comfortable working with state-of-the-art LLM tools and frameworks, and able to handle end-to-end deployment pipelines.
- Experience or interest in semiconductor or embedded systems environments, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus but not mandatory.
