About This Role
- Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of enterprise AI platforms including Agentic AI, AI Copilots, and RAG solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python, cloud-native infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines supporting AI applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI automation, ensure security and governance, and mentor engineering teams in AI engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise; 2+ years delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, or enterprise AI platform solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, MCA, or related discipline.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience deploying private/local LLMs and building Agentic AI or multi-agent systems; familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated track record of building and deploying production-grade AI agents, private AI platforms, and enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Comfortable with end-to-end Python application development, local LLM deployment, and integration of RAG and Agentic AI architectures.
- Experienced in operating secure, scalable AI platforms in mission-critical, 24x7 enterprise environments with governance and compliance controls.
