About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems focused on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Build and maintain ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment with emphasis on performance and cost efficiency.
- Lead experimentation, model evaluation, A/B testing, and mentor junior engineers ensuring robustness and security of production ML systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering or AI development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python along with experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries like Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in implementing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions involving LLMs, RAG, and embedding/vector database integrations.
- Experience leading AI initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and driving best practices in MLOps and AI system robustness.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions and communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
