About This Role
- Manage and oversee a team of 5-10 operations professionals handling Reference Data Services daily tasks and people management.
- Ensure accurate, timely adherence to procedures for securities and static data setup across multiple asset classes.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and recommend process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Reference Data processes or related Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Trade processing domains.
- Prior team management experience with a team size of 5-10 FTE.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related field.
- Willingness to work in shifts across APAC, EMEA, and US time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager comfortable operating under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a shift-based global environment.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Reference Data Services with proactive approach to process improvements and risk management.
- Familiarity with systems like GTM, RKS, Bloomberg, Reuters, and DTCC, and proficient in MS Office applications.
