About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot software programs and embedded systems from requirements to deployment.
- Provide administration, development, and application support for end users including root cause analysis and resolution of issues related to software and network operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, review code and design, and assist with after hours and on-call support as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university.
- 5 to 8 years of related software development and support experience.
- Experience with software development, system administration, and root cause analysis of network and OS issues.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely using communication tools.
