About This Role
- Lead technical design and delivery of Health Cloud or Healthcare domain work streams in enterprise customer engagements.
- Oversee solution design, integration, environment management, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure Salesforce best practices and customer-fit solutions.
- Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions with customers and partners, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years hands-on Salesforce delivery experience in Health Cloud or related healthcare domain.
- Minimum 6 years as a Lead Developer with experience in solution design in mid to large-sized organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise architecture areas: integration technologies, single sign-on, master data management, and familiar with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in Healthcare or Salesforce Health Cloud with hands-on delivery experience.
- Experienced in leading complex enterprise solutions and able to communicate and defend solutions to varied audiences.
- Familiarity or readiness to quickly attain multiple Salesforce certifications including Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist, Sharing & Visibility Designer, and Integration Architect.
