About This Role
- Consult with Real Estate business partners to translate business requirements into learning and development strategies tailored to their needs.
- Design, develop, facilitate, and deliver learning solutions and programs aimed at enhancing individual and team performance within the Real Estate business unit.
- Evaluate and continuously improve training solutions while managing operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.
Minimum Requirements
- Prior operational experience in financial services, preferably within real estate, private equity, alternatives, financial reporting, audit, or accounting functions.
- Strong accounting knowledge; an accounting qualification is advantageous.
- Eligibility limited to internal partners with at least 24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant for Consultant role; movement within TL and Consultant level requires 12 months tenure.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant (internal candidates only).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational roles within financial services, especially in real estate or related financial functions, to effectively translate business needs into learning initiatives.
- Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and all staff levels to implement learning strategies and communication plans.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, able to design and deliver high-quality training aligned with business objectives.
