About This Role
- Analyze and translate business requirements into SAP PS solutions with configuration and customization of core components like WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Cost Planning.
- Integrate SAP PS seamlessly with FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR modules, support testing phases (unit, system, UAT), and post-implementation maintenance.
- Lead end-user training, prepare documentation, assist in data migration and system upgrades, and stay updated with latest SAP PS enhancements and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CA)
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of SAP PS including configuration and customization of components and integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, HR.
- SAP PS certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred; experience with SAP S/4HANA PS is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP PS consultant familiar with full project lifecycle and integration across SAP modules with solid project management process understanding.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ability to produce functional and technical documentation and conduct user training.
- Technical collaboration skills to work closely with development teams and troubleshoot complex SAP PS issues.
