About This Role
- Handle operations related to product costing including cost & feasibility reports, variance reports, and inventory and plant reports.
- Perform reconciliation and variance analysis, prepare ad hoc reports and manage master data setup for raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
- Adhere to SLAs, KPIs and SOPs, and be flexible to work in night shifts as required.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in costing processes and fundamentals.
- Commerce graduate required; MBA/CA/ICWA (intermediate) preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially strong MS Excel skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts; prior experience in service/BPO industry preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with costing domain processes and analytical ability to handle variance and reconciliation work.
- Comfortable working in a structured operations environment with adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
- Familiarity with master data setup and exposure to accounting in SAP ERP systems is an advantage.
