About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Java-based enterprise-scale applications supporting procurement and strategic sales.
- Lead and provide technical and application guidance to a global team for around 40 applications, including mentoring onsite and offshore members.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, including troubleshooting production issues and participating in Agile processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of software development and support experience.
- Relevant degree in IT/Computer Science, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Java development experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and Snowflake.
- Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore, India with a 5-day workweek and 01:00-10:00 PM IST shift. Visa sponsorship not available.

- Experienced in leading and mentoring diverse, globally distributed development teams in application support and development.
- Strong understanding of application design, architecture, system integration, and Agile software development lifecycles for enterprise-scale systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions supporting procurement and sales functions.
