About This Role
- Own reconciliation and distribution of dividends and cash corporate actions within the Securities Finance system.
- Calculate entitlements and process adjustments for securities borrowed and on loan, ensuring compliance with policies and timely communication with traders and settlement groups.
- Manage corporate action risk, process improvements, and meet SLA/KPI/KRI targets while coordinating with global teams and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of product knowledge in corporate actions life cycle and Agency/Principal Securities Lending business.
- University degree in Business with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related financial discipline.
- Flexibility to work in EMEA/US shifts (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST / 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
- Work Experience Required: 10 to 12 years in corporate actions and securities lending domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex corporate action processes in a global securities lending context with demonstrated team management skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with capability to handle operational risk and lead process improvements.
- Comfortable working non-standard shifts covering EMEA and US time zones and collaborating across multiple regional teams.
