About This Role
- End-to-end design ownership and governance of IAM solutions on SailPoint and ForgeRock platforms ensuring security, resilience, scalability, and audit readiness.
- Lead design authority accountable for producing and approving functional and technical design documents, mitigating design-level risks, and ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Provide senior design leadership including Level 3 design support for production incidents, review vendor designs, and promote reuse and standardization across IAM initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years overall experience with at least 6 years relevant in IAM, security architecture, or enterprise platforms.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior IAM Architect or Lead Designer role with ownership of design responsibilities.
- Experience across IAM domains including Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, Federation, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience or architectural/design authority exposure to SailPoint and/or ForgeRock platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated banking or financial services environment with understanding of audit-driven IAM controls and compliance.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear technical designs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders including architecture and security teams.
- Capable of senior governance and architectural decision-making, with strong oversight of distributed/global delivery teams and vendor management.
