About This Role
- Lead global cloud platform engineering team for delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable cloud platform capabilities (landing zones, CI/CD, container platforms, shared services).
- Serve as Scrum Master to ensure disciplined agile execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement across multiple squads.
- Own people leadership (talent development, performance management), delivery governance, stakeholder management, and drive platform innovation through automation and reusable components.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years experience in cloud infrastructure with focus on networking; 8+ years delivering large-scale enterprise platform solutions.
- 4+ years experience leading teams or multiple squads in a global onshore/offshore delivery model.
- Mandatory Scrum Master experience in enterprise agile environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional cloud platform teams and driving delivery in a highly matrixed global organization.
- Strong technical hands-on background with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift), Terraform, Ansible, Python, and CI/CD automation.
- Able to translate strategic platform goals into execution plans with stakeholder influence and governance for operational excellence.
