About This Role
- Analyze financial information using accounting principles to prepare internal and external reports including balance sheets, profit and loss, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain control of accounts including disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income; may oversee month-end close and M&A accounting activities.
- Deliver and manage projects within accounting specialty areas, ensuring adherence to policies, internal controls, and effective communication of financial information.
Minimum Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree required or equivalent; advanced degree acceptable with 0 years experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience if Baccalaureate degree holder; advanced degree holders may have 0 years required.
- Practical knowledge and competence in accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years relevant experience or 0 years with advanced degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Established individual contributor capable of working independently with general supervision on moderately complex finance/accounting projects.
- Experience or ability to handle technical accounting research, month-end close, and M&A accounting activities.
- Comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders to inform and support financial decision-making and project milestones.
