About This Role
- Own end-to-end planning, tracking, and delivery coordination for automation enablement initiatives across multiple projects or portfolios.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across FQC, R&D, product, and production teams to ensure predictable delivery.
- Drive accountability and remove non-technical delivery friction to enable engineering teams to focus on execution, without owning technical decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total experience including 5–7 years of project management experience and 6+ years of team-management experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery involving automation initiatives, risk management, and multi-team coordination.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years with specific PM and team management experience as stated.

- Experienced in structured project planning and execution governance with demonstrated ability to translate technical automation goals into clear delivery plans.
- Proven track record in multi-team coordination, stakeholder management, and driving accountability within complex R&D and production environments.
- Familiar with risk management frameworks, resource forecasting, and process improvement for delivery predictability in technical projects.
