About This Role
- Own project management activities supporting initiatives in FCSO Screening and Monitoring Functions, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage interdependencies across multiple projects/programmes, coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and maintain governance visibility.
- Act as liaison among FCSO functions, Technology, GBS analysts, and stakeholders, preparing materials for senior management committees and facilitating decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience as Project Manager/Project Delivery Lead for large transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in or dealing with Compliance and associated matters.
- Graduate or higher education qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Confluence, ADO, Clarity; knowledge of SCB change delivery standards and governance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex transformation initiatives within Anti-Financial Crime or Compliance environments.
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders including Business Heads, COOs/CIOs, Compliance, and Risk functions.
- Skilled in change and risk management adhering to strict governance, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
