About This Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, large-scale technology projects and workstreams.
- Own program scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risk management, and governance for technology programs.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders, driving issue resolution and delivery quality across cross-functional, global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Program or Project Management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) required.
- Experience managing large, complex technology programs essential.
- Healthcare/Payer domain experience preferred but not strictly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing globally distributed, cross-functional teams in technology programs.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe and SDLC methodologies to ensure delivery predictability and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills to handle senior leadership reporting effectively.
