About This Role
- Lead end-to-end software project delivery including planning, execution, and monitoring with stakeholder coordination.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and integrations, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Manage and mentor development teams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA/MCA, or related field.
- 4-8 years of software development experience including IT program/project management.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, PHP, Java or similar, and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, REST APIs, database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB), Git, and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage software development projects and cross-functional teams in client-facing roles.
- Experience integrating AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI technologies into application development.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments requiring collaboration across development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams with a focus on on-time delivery and quality.
