About This Role
- Lead end-to-end commercial execution for Sub-Saharan Africa and UAE, including sales planning, order fulfilment, and receivables management.
- Manage the transition from regulatory filing to commercial launch ensuring timely approvals and launch readiness.
- Oversee institutional sales and tender management, including opportunity identification, documentation, approvals, and contract execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in commercial operations, tender management, regulatory-to-launch execution, or program management within pharmaceuticals or public health.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Management, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Strong exposure to emerging markets, preferably Sub-Saharan Africa and/or Middle East.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, and commercial functions.
- Proven ability in managing complex institutional tender processes and commercial launches in emerging markets.
- Demonstrates strong program management skills in public health product development and execution.
