About This Role
- Lead or support delivery of technology products and services for medium to large business clients, contributing to large scale technology solutions planning.
- Manage complex projects impacting multiple lines of business, including customer information assessment and solution recommendation.
- Coordinate hiring, workforce requests, and Early Talent programs across India and U.S., maintaining records and ensuring communication between stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Information Technology experience supporting Business Services or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience supporting cross-functional or cross-organizational initiatives (4+ years).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in IT or business services-related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and coordinating workforce operations and hiring requests across geographically dispersed teams (India and U.S.).
- Strong ability to maintain accurate data and reporting within SharePoint and internal tracking platforms, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Capable of independently resolving issues and improving workforce communication and processes in a regulated environment.
