About This Role
- Manage delivery and enhancements for Client Reporting, Client Portal, Trade Processing, and Client Billing platforms within Securities and Prime Services.
- Lead backlog prioritization, Agile delivery activities, stakeholder coordination, release readiness, and executive reporting to ensure execution of strategic, operational, and regulatory initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams globally to manage dependencies, risks, delivery commitments, and business continuity planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
- Preferred 5+ years experience in Securities, Capital Markets, Prime Brokerage, Trade Processing, Client Reporting, or Billing workflows.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira.
- Hybrid work model requiring minimum three days per week from office; flexibility to work US business hours and weekends during releases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product ownership within securities or capital markets domains, especially client reporting and trade processing.
- Skilled in coordinating global cross-functional agile teams with strong risk, compliance, and regulatory awareness (SEC, FINRA, FRB).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational and market challenges into executive-level communication and actionable delivery plans.
