About This Role
- Lead development and solution architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in complex enterprise environments, including both hands-on coding and architectural design.
- Design, implement, and enhance CRM functionalities, integrations with other systems, and data quality management across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Focus on modernization efforts such as large-scale migrations, reusable framework development, and applying modern software engineering principles for scalability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and solution architecture.
- Bachelor's Degree required, although relevant experience or coursework may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong hands-on development skills in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules and Power Platform technologies.
- Experience with system integration, data models, data quality management, and modern software engineering practices related to Dynamics 365.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 custom development and high-level solution architecture within enterprise settings.
- Capable of handling complex business processes and integrations, including experience with Power BI, AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot, and identity/access management solutions.
- Comfortable working at senior or architect level combining practical implementation with architectural ownership in a collaborative team environment.
