About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based software using Java-J2EE, React JS/Angular, Spring Framework, and REST Web Services within an agile team.
- Develop reusable components for UI and backend, write database queries and stored procedures, and perform performance tuning.
- Provide task complexity, progress, and risk assessments; collaborate with production and client support to resolve critical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Proficient in Java 8+, JEE technologies, concurrency, JDBC, React JS, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, GIT, MQ/Kafka.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with Linux OS environment; knowledge of cloud (Azure/AWS) and financial markets domain is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-quality software delivery within agile development teams with ownership over design and development.
- Comfortable analyzing requirements with minimal guidance and independently completing coding and unit testing.
- Familiarity with financial market instruments or risk and regulatory requirements preferred but not required.
