About This Role
- Consult with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop and implement hiring plans and recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the India business ensuring compliance with documentation and excellent candidate experience.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events and drives to generate candidate pipelines and fill junior level roles effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Experience with Workday is highly desired.
- Flexible to work 4 days from office and availability on weekends during recruitment activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience recruiting for finance operations or banking industry roles is advantageous.
- Skilled in managing full-cycle recruitment, including candidate pre-screening and stakeholder collaboration to align hiring needs.
- Proficient in using online recruitment sources such as Workday, Naukri, and LinkedIn for sourcing and job postings.
