About This Role
- Manage the complete procure-to-pay cycle including purchase order issuance, shipment tracking, customs clearance, inventory receipt, and supplier payment.
- Verify supplier invoices via PO-GRN-Invoice three-way matching and calculate landed costs including freight, customs duty, insurance, and other charges.
- Maintain accounting reconciliations, vendor payments, GST/TDS compliance, and manage records within ERP systems like ERPNext or Zoho Books.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or import/export.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, MBA Finance, Semi-qualified CA, or B.Tech.
- Proficiency in Ind AS, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, inventory accounting, customs documentation, and landed-cost calculations.
- Experience with ERPNext, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practitioner with hands-on experience handling end-to-end procure-to-pay cycles in manufacturing, aerospace, defence, electronics, or technology sectors.
- Comfortable using ERP/accounting software for integrated inventory, procurement, and accounting management.
- Capable of managing multi-stakeholder coordination involving freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and banks within complex supply chain environments.
